I will be sharing with you guys one of my all time favourite healthy snack recipes; No Bake Energy Bites! I am always looking for new recipes to try so when I stumbled across this one it caught my attention for two main reasons, its super simple and quick and looked absolutely delicious! After making them for the first time I enjoyed them a lot and since then try to make them every few weeks. Since this is one of my favourite snack recipes I thought I'd share it with all of you! So here it is: Ingredients: Instructions: -1cup dry oatmeal - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl - 2/3 cup coconut flakes - Let set in fridge for about 1/2 an hour - 1/2 cup peanut butter - Roll into small balls about 1 inch in size - 1/2 cup ground flaxseed - Store in air tight container in fridge -1/2 cup chocolate chips - Enjoy! - 1/3 cup honey - 1 Tbsp Chia seeds - 1 tsp. Vanilla extract I hope you enjoy this recipe and are inspired to try it out!
